3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept e-transfer, cheque, cash, and credit card.
4. Warranty
We take the security of your personal information seriously. We use secure servers and restrict access to data to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
5. Limitation of Liability
Capstone Gutter Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services.
